Delivery can be made within your specified date and time. ・For other counties and cities, please select **Refrigerated Delivery**. During non-peak seasons, you can specify the delivery date and time. ・For a specified delivery date, refrigerated delivery will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Therefore, cancellations for standard orders made 5 business days prior to the specified delivery date (excluding the delivery day) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 business days will be refunded at 30%. Unless there is clear damage such as wilting or bruising, we do not offer changes to flower types, flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging color schemes. Any temporary changes requested will incur additional charges for flowers or packaging materials and may delay the delivery. **| Flower Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type of flower, care methods, and placement environment, typically ranging from 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, it is recommended to remove the packaging as soon as possible, place it in a vase, and position it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Every 1-2 days, rinse the stems and trim about 2-3 cm, and change the water to extend the viewing period of the fresh flowers. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, and baskets, it is recommended to remove the packaging upon receipt. Gently spread the leaves from the back of the arrangement or the edge of the pot and add water until it is 3-4 cm from the rim of the vase. Then, replenish the water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot environments and direct sunlight will shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, it is recommended to increase the frequency of water changes for bouquets. For table arrangements, you can add 1 drop of bleach to the water to reduce microbial growth.
