Lay it flat on a table and measure the corresponding length against a ruler. — About the Product Itself — ● The size of each natural stone will vary slightly. The final product length may not be exactly the same as the ordered size; a margin of ±0.5cm is considered normal. ● There may be slight variations in bead size between batches, typically ranging from 0.2-0.8mm. ● The color and pattern of each natural stone are unique. The actual product may not be identical to the natural stones shown in the product photos. The beauty of unique crystals lies in their individuality, just like you! ● Minor imperfections such as cracks, inclusions, pits, flat edges, black spots, or impurities are normal for natural stones and cannot be entirely avoided. It's impossible for every bead to be 100% perfect; please appreciate and accept that imperfection is perfection. ● Due to variations in selected product sizes and stone dimensions, the final arrangement of the beads will be adjusted by the designer based on length without further notification. The beauty of natural stones lies in their unique patterns. ● As products are custom-sized, returns will not be accepted unless there is a significant defect (refer to the defect descriptions above). Returns will also not be accepted for issues related to product size or human error. Any concerns must be communicated via email within three days of receiving the item. ● In case of returns due to product defects, any complimentary gifts must be returned along with the product, and all packaging contents must be sent back intact; otherwise, the return will not be processed. ● If the item needs to be returned for size alteration due to incorrect sizing by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, and a service fee may apply depending on the circumstances. ● All taxes, duties, or issues related to customs clearance in the customer's receiving country/region are the sole responsibility of the customer.
