Session Length: Approximately 2.5 hours, depending on the chosen design.
* Class A: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
* Class B: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
* Class C: 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
(Each session includes a 30-minute buffer for finishing touches)

Provide your name, registration date, and class session. Request the color chart to help us prepare your materials in advance.
*To ensure a high-quality learning environment, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present for the entire session to assist with the creation process; no additional fee is charged for the accompanying parent.)
*Latecomers will not receive individual explanations for the missed portion of the weaving class. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other participants. To uphold the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will be necessary.
*Food and drinks are not permitted in the classroom. Drinks in lidded containers are allowed, please be mindful of spills.
*The course sessions may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member at the venue so they can avoid capturing your image. By not informing us, you consent to Dottie Studio using footage and images that may include your likeness and your finished work.
*Our studio operates by appointment only. Once a course is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day reschedulings are not permitted. However, rescheduling or transferring your booking once is allowed for the following circumstances within a two-month period:
1. Inclement weather: When the government announces school and work closures for the relevant area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which may be discussed.
