This product is made from wool felt. The outer wool surface is treated with a special technique and protective glue, giving the product a "water-repellent" effect. This addresses the pilling issue common with regular wool felt products after use.

b. All items are custom-made to order. We do not accept refunds after an order is placed, nor do we accept returns or exchanges after shipment. If you discover a significant defect on the product surface within 3 calendar days of receiving your order, please message us privately for discussion. Exchanges will be considered only after our assessment.
