Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver materials are purchased from reliable partners and manufacturers. We use both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most of our products are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow for production time. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Jewelry that requires factory processing may take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving... Items priced above NT$2000 will be packaged in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$2000 can be purchased separately). 2. Non-plated pure silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal wrapping (items that come with a box will still have one). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer.
