We soon realized it was far more complex than we initially imagined. The speed of brushing directly impacts the resulting weave’s density! Watching our few rows compared to the artisan’s swift, rhythmic movements highlighted the skill honed through tens of thousands of repetitions. The textile industry has been the primary focus for the artisan couple for most of their lives. During our conversation, we learned their machine was already 40 years old. Its rhythmic clatter seemed to echo their shared youth, and we felt privileged to create such a wonderful product before its well-deserved retirement! 【Material】 For ease of cleaning and care, we’ve chosen a blend of Australian wool and acrylic. This means you can hand wash or machine wash it at home, without needing professional cleaning. 【Wearing Comfort】 Regarding the feel of wool, we understand concerns about itchiness. Frankly, there’s no single answer, as wool is a natural fiber with scales similar to hair, which can cause a slight sensation. Everyone’s skin sensitivity differs. Here’s our experience for your reference: Y, who has relatively sensitive skin, felt a slight prickle upon first wear, possibly due to the wool scales not yet aligning with her skin. However, after wearing it a couple of times, the sensation disappeared, and she’s worn it ever since. C, on the other hand, fell in love with its comfort from the very first wear.
