Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe off foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packed in PP bags. Packaging is for protection during transit, and minor dents or creases may occur. Damaged packaging is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags with patterned or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomized and will vary with each item. Orders are accepted with this understanding. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Actual product colors are the standard. Manual measurements may have a normal variation of 1-3 cm within international tolerance standards. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or cards with authorization marks or official logos) should not be replicated. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require items to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounted or free-shipping items purchased with minimum order/item requirements cannot be partially returned. If partial returns are necessary, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. Any concerns or missing items upon receipt must be accompanied by a complete unboxing video to ensure mutual rights and facilitate smooth returns, exchanges, or re-shipments. 4. The original packaging (bag + outer box) must be intact. Please do not directly tape the outer bag.
