Lion's Mane Fern (Microsorum thailandicum 'Lion's Mane') - Rare and Uncommon. A mutant variety of Microsorum thailandicum from Kii Peninsula, Japan. The fronds are glossy and the tips bifurcate, smaller than a pinky finger. Its unique shape has quickly captured hearts, making it a coveted new gem in the world of wild plants. Japanese Contemporary Mini Pot Artist - Munakata Issou Oval "Mame-bachi" (bean pot), over 10 years old. Signed by hand on the pot's base: "Issou Saku" (Made by Issou). The glaze is special with layers, enduring and not monotonous (Fig. 4). With proper sunlight, it can be a dedicated companion, staying with you for a long time. Growth is relatively slow, with autumn and winter being its growing season. It may produce slender, flattened sporophylls.
