◆ Please arrive on time according to the appointment time, as the work requires a certain amount of time to complete. Avoid being late or overtime, which will affect the quality of this course and the rights of other students.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer 7 days before the event for subsequent processing. The maximum extension period is three months and the time can only be changed once. If you request to reschedule or cancel the activity within 7 days, no rescheduling or refund will be made!!
◆ The experience class will be photographed from the side and uploaded to the brand’s Facebook fan page and IG page after the course. The photos will be used for event records or other recruitment promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the event.
◆ If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the designer will take the initiative to contact us to postpone or refund.
**【Tips】**
(1) Only persons aged 12 or above may register for this activity.
(2) Fire will be used during the experience. For safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and wear shoes with good coverage. Friends with long hair are advised to tie up their hair. Friends with long nails should pay more attention to their own safety during the operation.
(3) Due to limited space, unregistered participants will not be allowed to observe the course for safety reasons.
(4) Multiple people creating the same work is not acceptable.
(5) Since designers are required to prepare materials and reserve places in advance, in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, if the consumer cancels the ticket due to personal reasons 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the experience), a 50% handling fee will be charged. No refunds will be made within 7 days of the event. Tickets can be transferred to relatives or friends to take the class on your behalf/changed to personal customized products, etc.
