Preserved flower arrangements primarily feature preserved blooms, supplemented with scented soap flowers and artificial decorative items. If you have specific preferences for plant selection, desired decorations, or color schemes, please contact us to discuss the details for a "Personalized Custom Order." Reach out to us via our official LINE account. For preserved material arrangements, please store them in a dry, well-ventilated environment. They typically last over 2 years. Avoid proximity to water, do not water them, and keep them out of direct sunlight. Proper care will extend their viewing period. Regarding Design and Arrangement: Each piece is a thoughtfully designed creation by our floral artists. We will curate accessories and various floral and foliage elements to complement the color scheme or style presented in each product. Materials will be adjusted based on seasonality and availability. If you particularly admire a specific decorative item or detail, feel free to discuss it with us, and we can create a "Personalized Custom Order" for you. Should any special decorative items be out of stock, we will notify you before shipping for a change. Note: For products that include fairy lights, the LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string is brand new. Once the battery power is depleted, simply replace it with a new one. Product Shipping Services: All items in our shop are made to order upon completion of payment. January is a peak period for Lunar New Year orders. If you have urgent requirements, please specify this and discuss shipping methods and times with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we use LALAMOVE for your convenience. Please ensure you provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can find you more efficiently! For deliveries outside Kaohsiung, we use Black Cat Express. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Please be attentive to communications from the delivery personnel so you can receive your item promptly. To ensure safe transport, large items will be shipped one per box. The checkout shipping fee is for a single item. If you wish to purchase more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply. The last pickup day is February 15th. Floral Workshop Reservations: Fresh flower workshops on February 7th and February 12th. Preserved and dried flower workshops on January 29th, January 31st, February 5th, February 7th, and February 12th. Store Closure: The store will be closed from Lunar New Year's Eve (February 16th) to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year (February 23rd).
