You will not be able to participate in the event, nor will you be able to request a refund of the registration fee. Cancellation Policy: ▼ Cancellations notified 7 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days prior to the event up to the event day, and no refund will be provided. ▼ If participation is terminated during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be provided. ▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for postponement or refund. ▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be provided. 2. Changing Dates or Other Activities: ▼ Changes to the date or other activities can be made up to 4 days prior to the event (excluding the event day). However, changes are limited to one time only. ▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or other activities, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly. ▼ Once the date or other activities have been changed, cancellations will not be accepted. ▼ Changes to the date or other activities are not accepted from 3 days prior to the event up to the event day. 3.
