The course is taught personally by Vic, the head of VIC WANG. Vic graduated from the National Hsinchu University of Education, majoring in metal craftsmanship. 4. Designers must prepare materials in advance. To protect the rights of designers, if a ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged, and**tickets are not refundable 10 days before the event and cannot be rescheduled"**.
5. Due to personal negligence during the process, the materials are made incorrectly or damaged, and the materials need to be purchased again before production can continue.
