How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Guide: Wrap a piece of thread (like sewing thread) comfortably around the finger.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, refer to the size chart.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to our store staff. Ring size adjustments can be made at the store after completion.

**Care Instructions**
• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in a sealed bag or its original box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
**How to Use Care Products**
★ To restore oxidized or blackened sterling silver, use a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Gently brush the item, then rinse thoroughly.
Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
Use with a polishing cloth to restore shine and make your silver jewelry look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance and can be used to polish metal surfaces.
★ Silver Cleaner
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver cleaner for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the silver cleaner and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use with a polishing cloth to restore shine and make your silver jewelry look like new.
Important: Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish in silver cleaner, as it will turn the black finish into its original silver color.

**Classes start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed workshop date.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows; however, the booking can be transferred to another product or workshop.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for a different style of the same price are possible (subject to available materials).
Upgrades to a higher-priced item are also possible with a price difference payment. No refunds will be given for exchanges to a lower-priced item.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for check-in and to try on samples, to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
● Each participant will receive a set of tools and materials. The instructor will provide a demonstration and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to not following instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly based on the complexity of the chosen design. Completed pieces can be taken home on the same day.
**★ Currently, due to the pandemic, all participants are required to wear a mask.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after guidance may result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled class date, classes will be suspended in accordance with government announcements for your safety, and a new date will be arranged.
