We do not offer services such as SF Express or convenience store pickup. • Sizing Information All our items are made in one size. The dimensions of each item are listed on the product page. As these are handmade items, there may be a slight error of approximately 1 cm. The length of the item is indicated including the clasp (such as a lobster clasp or toggle) and not just the length of the ribbon or lace. The model in the photo has a neck circumference (at the narrowest part) of approximately 30 cm. If your neck is less than 30 cm, the choker will be loose. Please specify your desired length in the notes section. (e.g., "Request to shorten the item by 2 cm" or "Request item length of 28 cm.") If you are concerned about the size, we can extend the adjuster by an additional 5 cm. Please write "Request for adjuster extension" in the notes section when placing your order. • Item Care As these are handmade items, pulling or applying excessive force may cause damage. Plated materials, brass, and copper alloys are sensitive to moisture and sweat. Discoloration and fading are difficult to avoid due to humidity, and may occur faster depending on the environment. We kindly ask that you avoid contact with makeup, perfumes, and hairspray. Please wear the item after you have finished preparing. After wearing, please wipe off sebum with a soft cloth and store it properly. • Material Information The materials used (excluding some items) include copper alloy, iron, brass, and parts plated with nickel and zinc alloy, or nickel and rhodium. As nickel plating is used, please refrain from ordering if you have concerns about allergies. If you experience any skin abnormalities, please discontinue use and consult a specialist.
