Not all plants are suitable for indoor care, as they naturally thrive in outdoor environments. Therefore, we prefer to have some basic discussions and recommendations before placing an order. This is to establish a foundation for easier care in the subsequent stages. While "Plant Ball" may appear similar to the moss balls commonly found in the market, the content within has been continuously improved and researched by Drunk with Plant since 2019, based on ongoing feedback from consumers. There is a constant effort to enhance and refine the product without any slack. Currently, the Plant Ball products available on Pinkoi primarily feature standard balls, offering a variety of plants that can be cared for indoors. If a particular plant is not suitable for indoor care, we will discuss this to avoid any potential disputes in the future.
