Unlike smooth, flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not considered flaws. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and crafting are also considered normal within acceptable ranges, provided they do not compromise the leather's integrity. In respect for living beings and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between production batches and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No inspection period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a **customized product**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text/font," when placing your order.
