Unlike PU or patent leather which often appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or crafting are also considered normal and will not be addressed unless the leather surface is damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant scars. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to these characteristics. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to variations in texture and dye absorption.
