・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be closed once full, and orders without checkout will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
。For classes on the day of the scheduled session, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted due to the instructor's preparation of materials and venue arrangements. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to enter or join the activity unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the task independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the minimum number of participants is not met two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the workshop. This class includes self-serve unlimited iced lemon tea and tropical fruit tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
