● Course Introduction
In the new season, Chuan Chuan Handmade introduces a course that combines "Mindful Meditation" and "Handmade Ornaments." Through this mindful crafting experience, find inner peace in tranquil moments, freeing yourself from emotional dominance over your life.
In class, follow the instructor's guidance for meditation and sitting, entering a state of deep self-release to alleviate inner stress.
Learn mindful meditation to cultivate mindfulness; become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and feelings in the present moment, and learn to regulate your state.
Similarly, during the crafting portion, focus on the overall structural design of the ornament. The "Single Strand Style" features a hanging design, with each strand uniquely crafted. Each class produces one pendant; additional strands can be made at an extra cost during the session.
The Single Strand pendant is an introductory piece. Creating multiple single strands together forms a unique aesthetic.
