We offer flexible private group bookings and can discuss venue locations throughout Taiwan to best suit your corporate needs.
● Course Fee: Starting from NT$10,500 (Transportation fees are additional)
● Minimum Participants: 10 people to form a group
● Course Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours (Please allow an additional 30 minutes before and after for setup and cleanup)

Pre-Course Notices & Studio Regulations
By placing an order, you agree to Macrameflow E-Weave's course regulations. Please read carefully:
1. Punctuality: Entry is permitted 30 minutes before the event. To maintain teaching quality and progress, please do not be late. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture, and no entry or refund will be granted.
2. Material Care: If materials are rendered unusable or tools are damaged due to personal negligence during the weaving process, additional materials must be purchased to continue the creation.
3. Event Documentation: Professional photography will be conducted on-site. Photos will be uploaded to Macrameflow E-Weave's social media platforms (FB/IG) for promotional and archival purposes. Participants are welcome to download them for personal keepsakes.
4. Image Rights: If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us actively at the event, and we will avoid capturing your image.
5. Work Collection: Woven pieces can generally be completed and taken home on the same day.
6. Environmental Maintenance: To ensure teaching quality, only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Companions or sharing of materials are not allowed.
7. Dress Code Suggestion: We recommend wearing simple and comfortable clothing, avoiding woolen items that may attract fibers.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy:
1. No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations and refunds are not accepted within 7 days of the reserved date (including the date itself).
3. Rescheduling is permitted once within 7 days before the reserved date (for the same unit's event). No cancellations will be accepted after rescheduling.
4. Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, typhoons, or other situations where government-announced work or school closures are in effect, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course and will proactively contact attendees regarding refunds.
