We personally select and freely arrange seasonal flowers and foliage, ensuring each week's bouquet is a unique creation. Therefore: Every recipient will not know in advance which flowers they will receive this week. Website photos are for illustrative purposes only. For weekly bouquets, please note that the following cannot be specified: ✽ Flower types ✽ Color palettes ✽ Packaging If you have specific preferences, we recommend choosing a custom bouquet. Subscription schedule: Orders placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM → Receive flowers on Friday of the same week ▍Receiving Your Flowers ▍ Fixed delivery day each week: Friday Actual delivery time will be determined by the delivery route, and cannot be specified. ▍Delivery Methods ▍ Currently available: ▸ Home delivery ▸ Studio pickup (Outer island delivery is not yet available) ▍Payment Methods ▍ ▸ Bank transfer ▸ Cash Your order is confirmed upon completion of payment. ▍Important Notes ▍ To maintain the quality of our floral arrangements, please be aware of the following: • Fresh flowers are natural materials with a limited lifespan and cannot be returned or exchanged. • Floral materials are natural plants, each with unique forms, and will not be identical to the illustrative photos. • In the event of flower shortages, seasonal blooms of equivalent value will be used for the design. In case of delivery damage: Please take photos and contact us with your order information within 24 hours, and we will assist you with a resolution. If you need to adjust your delivery week: Please notify us by Wednesday of the relevant week before 12:00 PM. Changes cannot be made after this time.
