Custom Tag Order Notes 1. Layout Revision Limit Each order includes 3 complimentary layout revisions. Revisions beyond the third will incur a fee of NT$300 per revision. To expedite the confirmation process, please consolidate all desired adjustments into a single request. 2. Proofing Policy Orders totaling NT$5,000 or more are eligible for one complimentary proof. For orders under NT$5,000, if you wish to preview the print quality, you may order a "Custom Piece" as a sample. It will be shipped upon completion. 3. Layout Confirmation Timeline If no confirmation is received within 3 business days of the proof being sent, we will proceed with printing and shipping based on the order notes to ensure a smooth production and delivery process. Please monitor your Pinkoi messages to avoid missing the confirmation window. 4. Color Variation Explanation Due to variations in screen display settings, a ±10% color difference between the final product and the screen display is within the normal range. 5. Returns and Exchanges Customized products are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please review your design details and requirements carefully before placing an order. 6. Shipping Time Production time begins after the proof is confirmed.
