Once confirmed, you may proceed with your order on Pinkoi! ■ Ordering Process 1. Couples may provide 3-5 photo files. Photos should have a resolution of 300dpi and be clear overall (blurry, underexposed, or low-resolution images cannot be used for hand-drawn illustrations). 2. After reviewing the files, both parties will communicate and discuss. If you have any special requests, please be sure to mention them in advance (e.g., text, background, color palette, etc.). The more detailed the information, the more intricate the illustration can be. 3. A maximum of 2 revisions are allowed for drafts, offering minor adjustments. Extensive revisions or photo changes are not accepted. 4. A preliminary draft will be provided for your confirmation as a preview (couples need to confirm the content of the draft). 5. Hand-drawn design -> Wedding invitation layout -> Product proofing -> Confirmation for printing. This process takes approximately 28 working days. (It's recommended to start the process 3-5 months before your wedding date to ensure ample time for sending invitations to your guests.) ■ Product Contents 1. Main invitation card, envelope, hot-stamped address, and envelope sticker. 2. Main card size: 12x17cm 3. Paper material: 420g Ivory Card / 400g Matte Card 4. Envelope size: 13.5x18.5cm (When placing your order, please provide us with your email address. We will send you the final files via email upon completion.) 5. The design layout is based on a pre-designed template. The layout content is as follows: * Front content: Modify with the couple's names and hand-drawn details. * Back content: Modify with the couple's names and reception details. 6. Physical products are manufactured through printing. The colors of the physical invitations may have a proportional color difference compared to what you see on your computer screen (this is normal). ■ Important Considerations 1. Hand-drawn illustrations are custom-made products. Cancellations or returns are not accepted after an order is placed. 2. The copyright of the artwork belongs to the creator. The product is for the consumer's personal use only.
