【Stray Cat Rescue Project】 The day before the Sanshing Four Seasons Blue and White studio renovation, I went for a site survey alone, only to be met with the torrential rain common in Yilan. I took shelter in a dark, old house and unexpectedly saw a white cat by the window. It sat there quietly, forming an unforgettable and beautiful picture against the rainy backdrop. As the studio was established, I discovered that many local stray cats lived around the Sanshing Four Seasons Blue and White studio. They often suffered injuries and illnesses due to territorial disputes or continuous breeding. To ensure these lovely cats could live happy lives, we launched the "Stray Cat Rescue Project." Although I am allergic to cat fur and cannot keep cats indoors, I adore cats. This project, caring for them outdoors, serves as a form of comfort for me. I watch the cats come and go daily, capturing their likenesses with my brush. We draw inspiration from these local strays, adding playful and anthropomorphic themes to present a series of cat-themed artworks. These creations were well-loved by friends, so we gradually began producing merchandise featuring the cats, allowing fellow cat enthusiasts to bring a piece of this warmth into their own lives. A portion of the proceeds from the stray cat series will also be allocated to the Stray Cat Rescue Project fund. These funds will be used to provide the stray cats with necessary medical care, food, and sterilization. We sincerely thank everyone for their love and support for stray cats.
