Sewing is a craft that requires time for practice and creation. Each student progresses at their own pace. Therefore, for students who cannot complete their work within the class time, the instructor will provide guidance for continued practice at home. If you encounter any issues during your creative process, please feel free to send us a private message. The instructor is happy to answer any questions or arrange another session.

## To maintain teaching quality, instructors need to prepare the necessary materials in advance. If you wish to cancel a class, please inform us at least four days prior to the class date (inclusive). You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within three days of the class date (inclusive) will incur a material fee only; you may also transfer your spot to a friend.
For example: If a class is scheduled for August 16th, notification by August 11th (inclusive) allows for rescheduling or a full refund. From August 12th onwards (inclusive), only the material fee will be charged (shipping costs for materials will be separate).
# No Companions Allowed
To ensure a quality learning environment, we cannot accommodate auditors or childcare. Please do not bring companions.
## In cases of unavoidable circumstances such as pandemics (please provide relevant documentation and discuss postponement or refund procedures via private message) or natural disasters, postponement is permitted once. The rescheduling must be completed at least one day before the class begins. Once a new date is confirmed, if you are unable to attend due to reasons other than natural disasters, or if you wish to cancel or postpone again due to personal reasons, no refund or further rescheduling will be provided. Failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe will be considered forfeiture of your spot, and the fee will not be refunded, without further notice.
## In response to the pandemic, masks must be worn at all times during the class.
## Photos and videos may be taken during experience activities and uploaded to social media afterward. The organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event recaps or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue.
