The measurement should be snug but comfortable, fitting closely without being too tight or too loose. Choose the closest whole number wrist size; we will craft it to this measurement to ensure a comfortable fit that still allows the bracelet to rotate slightly. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, e.g., 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit but still allow movement, while 15cm will be looser and more relaxed. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement errors, please note the following: Within 7 days: Upon receiving the bracelet, please notify us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. There will be no charge for this service. Beyond 7 days but within 14 days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing the bracelet for over 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Beyond 14 days: Please use the restringing service indicated on your warranty card, or opt for a paid adjustment service for NT$100 (which covers restringing and any size modifications).
