Candles are made with natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. Fragrance oils are IFRA certified, safe for use by pregnant women, children, and pets. · Orders are made to order and will be shipped within 4-10 business days, in the order they are received. · Due to the handmade nature of the coloring, slight variations may occur in the actual product. (Colors may also appear differently on various phone screens.) · Candles are made with natural and eco-friendly wax materials. Frosting, slight color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal occurrences. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist. · Orders under $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed. · If separate packaging is required, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning unwrapped candles, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch dripping wax. · For products containing "butter" elements, color bleeding may occur, which is a normal phenomenon. · Candles are fragile items. Please handle with care during unboxing and record a video as proof. If there are any defects or chips, please message us privately to allow us the opportunity to compensate and improve. · All products are handmade after ordering.
