Fragrance and candles have always been intertwined. But did you know that many candles on the market are a blend of paraffin and soy wax? Why not make them entirely from soy wax for a more natural and better experience? Soy wax has a lower melting point, which can cause it to melt when exposed to heat, leading to an uneven surface. Paraffin wax, on the other hand, is harder and has a higher melting point, so when blended, it helps maintain a more appealing appearance and a longer shelf life. However, since paraffin wax burning can produce black smoke, we highly recommend using 100% soy wax candles!

**Crafting Process**
During the hands-on session, we offer a wide variety of essential oils, including floral, fruity, and specially blended scents. You can experience the aroma selection process and choose your favorite fragrance. We will also guide you through the art of floral arrangement to design your own little garden.

・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along 博愛二路 (Bó'ài 2nd Rd) for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electric Company Kaohsiung Plant" across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦 MARS Maker Space." Go straight to the end of the corridor and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If you are registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report to the venue directly at the scheduled time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 and 8 days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your desired session. If no session is specified, it will be considered a forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
- For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or reschedules will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements have already been made. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their registration.
- To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their registration.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unpaid individuals may not accompany participants or join the activity, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or in special circumstances where parent-child participation is required. Please contact the store in advance to inquire about such cases.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience and upload them to xiabenhow's social media channels after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event records or other promotional purposes.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
