Fragrance and candles have always been intertwined. But did you know that many commercial candles are a blend of paraffin and soy wax? Why not opt for 100% soy wax for a more natural and superior experience? Soy wax has a lower melting point, which can sometimes lead to a less uniform surface if exposed to heat. Paraffin, on the other hand, is harder and has a higher melting point, so blending them helps maintain a more appealing appearance and extends shelf life. However, since paraffin wax can produce black smoke when burned, we highly recommend choosing pure soy wax candles!

・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozidi Station," Exit 3. Walk approximately 6 minutes along Bo'ai 2nd Road, then turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" on the opposite side. The entrance to the workshop is next to "Mu MARS Maker Space." Walk straight to the end of the corridor and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session is proceeding before registering.
・Upon completing your order and payment, your purchase confirmation serves as your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following refund policy applies:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been finalized, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account number and name). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not permitted to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child wish to participate together. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event recaps or future recruitment campaigns.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
