* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent unnecessary waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to be present throughout the session for accompaniment and assistance; no additional fee for co-creation.)
* To maintain class flow and ensure fairness for all participants, latecomers will not receive individual explanations. "Please do not be late" as it may disrupt the session for others. To safeguard the rights of other students, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late, and rescheduling will be required.
* Food and drinks are prohibited in the studio. Lidded beverages are permitted, but please be careful to avoid spills.
* The class may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be captured on camera, please inform our staff at the venue so we can avoid filming you. By not notifying us, you consent to Dottie Studio using images and footage of you and your work.
* The studio operates on a reservation basis. Booked classes are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring a booking is allowed once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions, such as government-declared suspensions of work and classes in the local area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: such as illness or traffic accidents, which may be discussed.
