Direct trade is a kind of models for buying agricultural products directly from producers. To embed a better profit on producers, direct trade reduces the agent costs between producers and the final import company. This type of trade may not be unfamiliar, but it's only fulfilled in a ratio of one third. Taking the direct trade as the core idea, TYPICA is attempting to improve the producers' income. After that, we continued the cooperation and found pretty many hidden gems. This time, we chose a coffee from Costa Rica. It's a really beautiful coffee with a full and high sweetness. The refreshing note of citrus and plum could be found in cup since the high temperature. It's a pleasant cup of coffee that you would like to refill it for the whole relaxing afternoon! Leave it properly on your mug with the paper hand fixed on the rim. Then pour the 90℃ water into the ground coffee for approximately 150 to 180g. **Aeropress** Dose 20g ground coffee into the lower part of Aeropress. Fill it with 85℃ water and agitate it gently. Then seal it with the black lid. Switch it and press it on your mug. Press it slowly for 30 seconds. **Batch Brewer** Dose 40g ground coffee and fill 700g water.
