Inform us of your name, registration date, and session, and request the color chart so we can prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, the studio is only accessible to registered participants. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require full parental accompaniment and assistance. No additional fee is charged for the accompanying parent.)
* We cannot provide individual explanations for latecomers during the weaving workshop. Please do not be late, as it may disrupt other participants. To ensure the rights of other attendees, entry will be denied for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. You will need to reschedule your session.
* Food and drinks are not permitted in the studio. You may bring covered beverages, but please be mindful of spills.
* The workshop will be filmed for marketing materials on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform staff on-site, and we will avoid capturing your image. Your consent to the use of images and footage of you and your work will be implied if no objection is raised.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Once booked, course fees are non-refundable and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government-declared closures or cancellations in your area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
