** 【Important Notes】 ** * Due to the inherent risks associated with the machines, participants must be 10 years or older. The course is for single operation only. (Participants aged 10-15 require a parent or guardian to accompany and assist throughout the session. Please inform us in advance; no additional fee for co-creation.) * To ensure the rights of other students, please do not be late, as it may affect the class start time. Entry will be closed 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Please reschedule your booking (one rescheduling allowed within 2 months). * After placing your order, please add our official LINE account: @ado_studio. Inform us of the registrant's full name and desired class date, and send your design for review. Design finalization is required at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, please send your design file by 3:00 PM the day before the class. The instructor can assist with drawing your design only after the file is reviewed by 5:00 PM, ensuring the class duration is not impacted. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring guests, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the class. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent unnecessary waiting. * A 30-minute grace period will be provided beyond the scheduled time. Alternatively, you may choose to 1. extend your session, 2. reschedule for another day, or 3. take your work-in-progress home. Extension or rescheduling fees are $300 per hour (any part of an hour is counted as a full hour). * As artwork creation requires physical effort, please have your meal before attending. It's also advisable not to schedule tight plans immediately afterward. * Food and drinks are not permitted in the studio, but beverages and small snacks are allowed. Snacks are also available in the studio for participants to replenish their energy. * The course sessions will be filmed and used as marketing material for the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff at the venue to avoid being captured. By not notifying us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of your likeness and images of your work. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are final, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces work or school closures in the area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment failure preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Illness or traffic accidents can be discussed. **【Disclaimer】** * The machines are safe when operated according to guidelines. Dottie Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to comply with the specified usage. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, cease operation immediately and notify staff.
