10. The teaching assistant or teacher will take photos to record the wonderful moments of the class, and will share them with everyone after class. If you don’t want to show your face, that’s fine. Just let us know in class. Your face will be covered to protect your privacy during publicity. Everyone is welcome to play art together~
▼Refund conditions
Refund Instructions:
1. If the organizer fails to start the class on the actual class date for some reason, the full amount of fees paid will be refunded.
2. If a student is unable to attend the class due to personal reasons after completing the registration and payment, the refund will be made according to the following standards:
(1) For applicants who submit a refund application between the 30th and 8th day before the course starts, half of the registration fee paid will be refunded.
(ii) No refund will be given if the refund is made 7 days before the course starts.
3. Refund application will be calculated based on the actual class date of the course.
4. It takes about four weeks for our studio to process the refund for students.
▍Major disasters: If our camp encounters force majeure factors such as wind disasters, earthquakes or major disasters, the New Taipei City Government will announce whether classes will be held as usual. If classes are suspended, make-up classes will be arranged according to the nature of the course. If make-up classes are not possible for some reason, the course fee for that day will be refunded.
