● Course Introduction
Chuan Chuan Handmade introduces a course combining "Calm Meditation" and "Handmade Ornaments" in the new season. Through this mindful crafting course, find inner peace in tranquil moments, no longer letting emotions dictate your life.
In class, follow the instructor's guidance for meditation and sitting, entering a state of deep self-release to alleviate inner stress.
Learn calm meditation to cultivate mindfulness; become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and state of mind in the present moment, and learn to regulate your condition.
The handmade course also focuses on the overall structural design of the ornament. The "Can Lou" (參縷) structure requires attention to its center of gravity, balance, and coordination to avoid an uneven finished product. Therefore, your mind must be calm and focused during the process. (This course is developed and designed by Chuan Chuan Handmade, with exclusive teaching instruction.)
