Scratches are normal for vegetable-tanned leather, but it also has strong self-healing properties, and marks will gradually disappear with use. 2. Natural cowhide may inevitably have minor natural textures, scars, or other marks. 3. The leather color will deepen over time. 4. Prolonged sun exposure, friction, or touch may cause some color changes, which is normal. 5. Water may cause water stains on the leather, so be cautious of moisture or handling with wet hands. **【Important Notes】** - Once a custom image has been illustrated by the designer, it cannot be changed. If a change is required, an additional design fee will apply, which the designer will inform you of. - If an order is canceled after the design is completed, the design fee for the work completed will be charged, calculated based on the number of illustrations completed. - Custom products do not support cash on delivery or the seven-day free appreciation period for returns.
