Registration Process
1. Order / Registration
* Limited spots available; all classes are by appointment only. Please place your order on Pinkoi to reserve your spot (reservations required at least 3 days in advance).
* Within 3 days of placing your order, our representative will contact you to confirm your reservation details. If you do not receive a response, please notify us via email. Please monitor your Pinkoi inbox or call us at (02) 2552-8081.
2. Confirmation of Class Commencement
〇 Our representative will notify you of class commencement 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
✖ If the selected time slot is full or the class is not commencing, we will arrange an alternative time.
3. Attending the Class
* Entry is allowed 5 minutes before the class starts. Please check in on the first floor. In line with store operating hours, the earliest entry for morning sessions is 10:00 AM.
* To ensure the smooth running of the class, please do not be late. Latecomers more than 30 minutes past the start time will not be admitted, and no refunds or make-up classes will be offered.
* This is a single-person per class experience.
* Participants with long hair are advised to tie their hair back before the class for easier handling.
* To protect the rights of paying participants and maintain class quality, each attendee must be registered for the course to enter. Companions who are not participating in the experience are not permitted (children under 6 are exempt, but only one accompanying parent is allowed per child).
* Participants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the venue and equipment. Any damage incurred will be charged at full price.
* Occasionally, the organizer may take photos or videos during the class for documentation purposes, which may be uploaded to social media or our official website. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or future promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make arrangements.
4. Kiln Firing Process
* 【Post-Class Process Handled by Instructor】Correction → Drying → Bisque Firing → Glazing → Glaze Firing → Final Inspection. This entire process takes 4-6 weeks.
* Pottery clay and glazes are natural materials. Variations in glaze colors and shapes may occur due to high-temperature firing. Pores, glaze drips, bumps, or fine cracks are normal phenomena, and we appreciate your understanding.
5. Artwork Collection
1. Mail Delivery:
* Shipping for a single item is NT$180. For additional items sent to the same address, there will be an extra charge of NT$80 per item. Shipping fees are payable in cash on the day of the class. We ensure all items are inspected and packaged securely before dispatch (we also use some recycled packaging materials to contribute to environmental efforts). However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit due to multiple transfers or rough handling. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to assume responsibility for damage or loss during shipping.
**※ Shipping fees for outlying islands and international destinations will be calculated separately and can be paid upon delivery or in advance on the class day.**
2. In-Person Collection:
* Due to limited space, please collect your artwork from the studio within 2 months of notification. We will not send individual reminders after this period, and uncollected works will be cleared from display shelves.
* After notification of completion, we are not responsible for the safekeeping of your artwork prior to your collection (e.g., in case of breakage due to an earthquake). Please collect your work as soon as possible.
● Regarding Postponement/Refund Policy
* In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund.
* In case of typhoons, class commencement and refund policies will be based on the official work suspension announcements for Taipei City and your location.
* If you wish to cancel your class, please inform the coordinator by phone or email in advance to allow us to arrange seating. Cancellations made within 5 working days before the class (including the day of the class) are not eligible for a full refund. A 70% refund will be issued, with a 30% deduction for administrative processing fees.
