Registration Process
1. Order / Registration
* Limited spots available; all classes are by appointment only. Please place your order on Pinkoi to reserve your spot (reservation required 3 days in advance).
* Within 3 days of your order, our staff will contact you to confirm your reservation details. If you do not receive a response, please notify us via email. Kindly check your Pinkoi inbox or call us at (02) 2552-8081.
2. Class Confirmation
〇 We will notify you of class commencement 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
✖ If the class is full or canceled for that time slot, alternative dates will be provided.
3. Attending the Class
* Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class starts. Please check in on the 1st floor. In line with our store hours, the earliest entry for morning sessions is 10:00 AM.
* To ensure the class proceeds smoothly, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are ineligible for refunds or make-up classes.
* This class cannot be shared by two people.
* Participants with long hair are advised to tie it up before the class for ease of operation.
* To protect the rights of paying participants and maintain class quality, each attendee must be registered for the course to enter. Companions not participating in the experience are not permitted (children under 6 are exempt, but only one accompanying parent is allowed).
* Participants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the venue and equipment. Any damage incurred will be charged at the full replacement cost.
* During classes, organizers may conduct occasional photography for documentation purposes, which may be uploaded to social media or our official website. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used by the organizer for event records or future promotional activities. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
4. Firing Process
* 【Teacher's Process After Class】: Correction → Drying → Bisque Firing → Glazing → Glaze Firing → Final Inspection. The entire process takes 4-6 weeks.
* Clay and glaze are natural materials. Variations in glaze color and shape may occur due to high temperatures. Pores, glaze drips, bumps, or fine cracks are normal occurrences, and your understanding is appreciated.
5. Artwork Collection
1. Mail Collection:
* The shipping fee for a single piece is NT$180. For additional pieces sent to the same address, there will be an extra NT$80 per piece. Shipping fees are payable in cash on the day of the class. We ensure that all items are inspected and securely packaged before shipment (we utilize some recycled packaging materials to contribute to environmental efforts). However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit due to multiple transfers or rough handling. We regret that we cannot be held liable for damage or loss during shipping.
** * Shipping fees for outlying islands and international destinations are calculated separately and can be paid upon delivery or in advance on the day of the class.**
2. In-Person Collection:
* Due to limited space, please collect your artwork from our studio within 2 months of notification. After this period, we will no longer send individual reminders and will clear unclaimed pieces from our shelves.
* After notification of collection, we are not responsible for the safekeeping of your artwork (e.g., breakage due to earthquakes, etc.) until you collect it. Please retrieve your work as soon as possible.
● Postponement/Refund Policy
* In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or refunds.
* In the event of a typhoon, class commencement and refund standards will be based on the work suspension announcements for both Taipei City (our location) and your area.
* If you wish to cancel your class, please notify the organizer by phone or email in advance to allow us to arrange seating. Cancellations made within 5 working days before the class (including the day of the class) are not eligible for a full refund. However, 70% of the course fee will be refunded (a 30% administrative fee will be charged).
