Below, read a little about the history of this famous brand. ———————— Paolo Gucci (1931-1995) was the grandson of the founder of the legendary House - Guccio Gucci and the son of Aldo Gucci. In the 1970-80s, a real war for power broke out in the Gucci family, as a result of which Paolo was removed from his position in the company and deprived of his share in the family business. In the early 1980s Paolo created jewelry for the Parisian fashion house Pierre Cardin. In 1983, he founded his own company, Paolo Gucci Design Studio, in New York and began producing jewelry under his own name. Each piece of jewelry was accompanied by a mini-flyer with a photo of Paolo Gucci and personal message from the designer: «For over 20 years I was the Design Director and Product Coordinator of Gucci... Since I am no longer associated with the previous company, I create collections under my own name.
