Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique markings and imprints from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal within the scope of acceptable variations, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these unless they are major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not be as perfect as machine-made items, it possesses a delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches, deepen in color, and gain a sheen, gradually showcasing a unique appearance that is entirely your own. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, variations in color can occur due to different batches of incoming stock or varying storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, the grain and how it absorbs dye can differ in different areas. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requirements, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. Returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/too tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.) are not accepted. We understand that "online customization" may sound risky, so if you have very specific requirements, it would be safer to purchase from a physical store.
