Each illustration features unique backgrounds, with example images serving solely as style references. Pricing ranges from NT$7,500 to NT$20,000. Please contact us before placing your order.] To help us estimate the production timeline and avoid exceeding our capacity, please prepare your desired subject matter or any personal materials you wish to include and send them to us. You can also refer to our suggested preparation guidelines. [Production Timeline] Once we receive your information, we will begin conceptualizing based on your materials or budget. We will then provide you with an estimated production time and delivery date. Please proceed with your order based on the quotation only after you have accepted the estimated timeline. Any mid-process additions or changes will result in a delay to the original delivery date. Modifications that do not affect the original deadline will be considered. [Receiving Your Artwork] Files will primarily be uploaded via Pinkoi. If a file exceeds 80MB and cannot be uploaded to Pinkoi, a link or images will be sent via cloud storage or email. Please download and save your cloud files within one week. Thank you. [Content & Specifications]: ♦ 5% for initial sketch; 1 revision allowed for sketches (not applicable to surprise package options). ♦ 1 revision allowed during the 80% production stage (not applicable to surprise package options). ♦ 2 adjustments allowed for 100% final completion. Custom [Subject] Materials: Before commissioning, please specify the relationship between the subjects (e.g., friends, family, couple, soulmates, non-human entities). Single subjects are also welcome. A. Real Individuals: 1. 1-2 clear facial photos per person. 2. If you desire historical attire, please provide reference images of hairstyles and outfits you like. 3. The artist will freely combine and interpret specific elements provided. For highly complex requests, a design fee of NT$0-2,000 may apply, depending on the complexity. feel free to inquire with your materials beforehand. B. Fictional Characters: 1. Provide images describing original character traits as reference (or provide separated facial features or descriptions). 2. For novel worlds, provide descriptions or short passages under 100 words. 3. If you have already designed outfits or have partial reference images. 2. [Background]: If no reference images or ideas are provided, the artist will have creative freedom, aiming to accommodate requested themes within the scope. Choose one theme as a wish: A. Scenery, countryside, seaside B. Birthday theme C. Various festive themes D. Other themed illustrations (please inquire first). E. None, randomly matched with the character's vibe. F. For specific background details (e.g., intergalactic, ancient, jungle), these are not included in the surprise package and require a separate quote or refer to add-on options. (e.g., enhancing detail and resolution, adding house and object structures, costume design, scene composition, perspective, discussion, tree count, color schemes... etc. If multiple design elements are involved, the price can range from NT$3,500 to NT$20,000 or more, based on the total quotation.) ★3. Prohibition of unauthorized content or requests to replicate a single unauthorized image (e.g., no reproduction of Disney characters or other IPs) or trademarks without prior written permission. 4. You may indicate preferred color palettes; the illustration will consider ambient lighting to subtly adjust the overall atmosphere. 5. Default size is 30cm x 20cm; total width and height within 51cm can be customized. 6. Default orientation is random. Please specify portrait or landscape orientation beforehand, or state the intended use. ★7. Your backup email address for receiving the final file. [Order Information] ➤ The options are for illustrations reinterpreted from the content received. ※ If you require sketches, process records, discussion sessions, or enhanced details, please "contact us privately for a quote" or visit the [Digital Art Add-on Section]. ➤ You will review the completed artwork upon delivery. If adjustments or enhancements are needed, please provide feedback within one week; 2 minor adjustments are complimentary. Additional revision requests will incur a fee of NT$100 per instance. The one-week period after completion is the valid timeframe for free adjustments; no further free revisions will be accepted after this period or if no feedback is received. ➤ Large-format illustrations will be created in a similar style. Unlike standard object illustrations, these require consideration of more elements and intricate composition. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted 2 days after placing an order. Feel free to message us for progress updates. ▹▹▹If you wish to change your provided materials or make alterations during the production process, please contact us first to confirm. Changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees due to the complexity of the drawing composition or progress. Alternatively, you can cover the additional work cost difference of NT$1,000 per instance. Mid-process additions or changes will postpone the original delivery date. Modifications will only be accepted if they do not affect the original deadline or if both parties agree to a postponed date. ➤ Basic production time: Approximately 1 to 4 weeks per piece, excluding revisions and scheduling. ➤ No AI used in the creation process; prohibited for use as AI training material. ➤ The artist may occasionally use the artwork as a thumbnail for portfolio display. ➤ The quotation is for personal collection, novel covers, or gifts for friends and family only. Commercial printing or use by the buyer is prohibited. To change authorization or purchase full usage rights, please discuss separately and pay the difference. ➤ This product is for digital files only; physical products are not included. ➤ The art style is not realistic. A 100% match to photos cannot be guaranteed. Please confirm if you like the artist's style (YM) before placing an order. ➤ Expedited service for completion within 2 weeks requires an additional charge of 10-15% of the total quotation.
