2. Provide a clear, front-facing photo of your pet. We will send you a draft for confirmation. One minor adjustment is allowed. Once approved, the artwork will be printed on canvas. Please stay in close contact due to printing times.
3. Upon course completion, liking our IG will earn you a complimentary illustrated mobile wallpaper.
4. **The copyright of the work belongs to the creator. Please do not modify or use it for other purposes.** Please inquire separately for commercial use.
5. As this is a customized service, **returns and exchanges are not possible after the drawing process has begun following payment.** If you need to change the reference photo, additional charges and re-creation will apply.

► **Cancellation & Refunds**
*For this course, regardless of whether it is a customized pet portrait, we begin the drawing and printing process upon your payment. **Therefore, if you are unable to attend, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.** We will complete the creation for you and ship it free of charge, allowing you to still own a uniquely colored, one-of-a-kind handmade woven piece.
**► Respect Originality. Courses and works are for personal learning and self-use only. Please do not use courses or works for commercial purposes!**
*You may take photos during the class for recording purposes, **but please do not record videos**.
*Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**.
► **Important Notes**
*To protect the rights of registered participants, spots are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmed payment and reconciliation.
*Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **Orders not paid for by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class, will be automatically cancelled without notice.** E.g., for a class on April 5th, payment must be completed by April 3rd, 6:00 PM.
*If the minimum number of 6 participants is not met three days before the event start date, the design館 reserves the right to cancel or adjust the venue, and will notify participants to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**.
*To ensure the smooth running of the experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.** We will complete the creation for you and ship it free of charge, allowing you to still own a uniquely colored, one-of-a-kind handmade woven piece.
*As comprehension and hand speed vary among individuals, it is recommended to **allow an additional 0.5 hours after the class and avoid scheduling urgent matters.**
► **Other**
*In case of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances leading to class suspension, the design館 will proactively contact you for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation standards announced by the event's location will apply, irrespective of the participant's location.
*We may take photos and videos during the course, which may be used in event recaps or other promotional materials. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make special arrangements.
*Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
*If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to the design館, **no refund will be issued.**
*In the event of material shortages, **we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal value or adjust colors.**
*Materials may exhibit color variations due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and differences in computer monitors.
*To be environmentally friendly, **please bring your own reusable bag.**
