Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● During the firing process of mug materials, slight firing marks and air bubbles on the curved edges are unavoidable and considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these normal conditions. ● When washing, please do not use abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections such as specks or small indentations during firing are normal occurrences. ● Coasters may have minor scratches or dust on the surface. The quality of unprinted blanks can vary by approximately 10% per batch. The ink absorption level in the coaster's pores varies, especially with pink or dark background designs, which may result in uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these conditions before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the actual finished product will prevail. This product is custom-made. Production time is calculated from the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
