Please read carefully before purchasing. 《Point 1》 Each mahjong tile and direction indicator is handcrafted. Minor marks, paint overflow, or paint loss are unavoidable and considered normal, not defects. Please consider this before placing your order. 《Point 2》 All products are photographed in real life. Colors and brightness may vary slightly depending on your screen. The actual product color serves as the final standard. 《Point 3》 Upon receipt, please inspect the package for any shipping damage to the outer box. If damage is suspected, please follow the steps below within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company. Please note that if the deadline is exceeded, the logistics company will not accept the case. We provide assistance in reporting and filing claims but do not bear liability for the claims. This clause applies only to orders within Taiwan and its outlying islands, not to overseas orders. Steps: (1) Photograph the damage to the product and the outer packaging. (2) Photograph the outer shipping box (all six sides) and the white/black bubble wrap (front and back). (3) Provide an unboxing video, a description of the damage (in writing), and the photos via private message on the platform. 《Point 4》 Orders to Taiwan's outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island, Xiaoliuqiu) require an additional shipping fee. Please use the link below to pay the difference. https://www.pinkoi.com/product/ennN28HL 《Point 5》 Overseas orders are currently only accepted for Hong Kong and Macau. Other countries are not supported. https://img.shoplineapp.com/media/image_clips/637f2480bd0f48001f591980/original.jpg?1669276800 ------ After-Sales Service ------ 《Point 1》 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we provide a seven-day hesitation period (not a trial period) starting from the day after receipt. We provide returns only; we do not offer exchanges (for different colors or configurations). The seven-day hesitation period does not cover: Products without proof of purchase, order numbers, or serial numbers that do not match the item. Second-hand resold products. Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water, or fire. Return Process Please apply for a return via platform message within seven days of receipt. For returns not due to major defects, once the product is opened and used (i.e., the transparent plastic film on the mahjong tiles is removed, rendering the packaging unrecoverable), a 10% restocking fee will be charged. If free shipping was applied to the original order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Products returned must be in their original state as received, including original packaging (outer box and cushioning), products, gifts, and all accompanying documents. If items are used, missing, or damaged, the return will not be accepted. Defective Product Process If you discover defects or missing parts upon opening that prevent normal use, we provide a 30-day defective item replacement period. Please contact us via platform message within this period. Please note the deadline; late reports will not be accepted. We only provide replacement for specific defective items, not for the entire set. 《Point 2》 Overseas orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We ensure products are securely packaged before shipping; however, due to the complexity of international logistics, the buyer assumes the risk of damage to the product's exterior during transit. In the event of defects or missing items, you are still eligible for the 30-day defective item replacement period as described in Point 1. https://img.shoplineapp.com/media/image_clips/637f2480bd0f48001f591980/original.jpg?1669276800 ------ Shipping Information ------ In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days after payment.
