Grown in the misty highlands of Lishan at an elevation of 2,200 meters, Kumy Tea Garden Jasmine Oolong Tea begins with carefully selected oolong leaves from our own single-estate tea garden. The cool climate and mineral-rich mountain environment give the tea its clean character, refined texture, and natural sweetness. To preserve the purity of the tea, we use only fresh jasmine blossoms sourced from Huatan, Changhua, a region renowned for its jasmine. Following traditional scenting techniques, the tea leaves are layered with jasmine flowers and repeatedly infused with their fragrance. After each scenting, every blossom is meticulously removed by hand, ensuring that only the natural floral essence remains—never overpowering, never artificial. Once brewed, the liquor is clear and luminous. The taste opens with the soft, sweet freshness of high-mountain oolong, followed by a delicate jasmine aroma that unfolds gently on the palate. Tea and floral notes are perfectly balanced, resulting in a smooth, refreshing mouthfeel and a lingering, graceful sweetness.
