・After completing payment, if you are unable to attend, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A 30% fee will be charged to cover all incurred expenses. As the designer needs ten days to prepare materials before the event, refunds or exchanges are not accepted within ten days prior to the event, starting from the day before. ・If you need to reschedule, please message the designer directly to arrange a new date and time. ・To promote environmental protection, only reusable bags made from recycled materials will be provided for the event. ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility. ・If you withdraw from the activity due to reasons not attributable to Ocean Art Lab, no refund will be issued. ・In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, Ocean Art Lab will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the cancellation and refund standards announced by the event's location will apply, regardless of the participant's location. ・Ocean Art Lab may take photos and videos during the experience for event records or promotional purposes in the future, which may include your likeness. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
