**Large sizes are only available for home delivery.** Artist: Peter Kinley Peter Kinley Peter Kinley was a painter of near-abstract landscapes and figures. Kinley's work is held in public collections including the Tate Gallery, Arts Council, Albright, Buffalo, Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney. He was born in Vienna and came to Britain in 1938, the son of a Jewish father who was forced to leave after Britain was united in 1938. He was sent to St Anne's School in Lytham and was raised by a Catholic family; his parents were interned in France. Kinley served in the army from 1944-8, then studied at the Academy of Düsseldorf in 1948-9 and the Academy of Art in St. Martin in 1949-53. He exhibited in the "Six Contemporaries" exhibition at Gimpel Fils in 1951 and 1953, and was influenced by the 1953 de Staël exhibition in London. Kinley's first one-man exhibitions were at Gimpel Fils, London in 1954 and Paul Rosenberg & Co., New York, in January 1961. He studied at the Academy of Düsseldorf and later at the Art Academy of St. Martin, where he taught. In the early 1960s, his knowledge of Islamic art and architecture led to an interest in other Eastern cultures, especially Indian culture. He began collecting Indian paintings and artifacts, and Indian systems of color and composition aligned with his own search for a language in which objects (people, houses, airplanes) could be represented with all the clarity of the image Expressive without losing subtlety. His work was published in Mary Chamot, Dennis Farr and Martin Butlin, Modern British Painting, Drawing and Sculpture, London 1964. He left London in 1970 to teach at Bath College, and his work began to reflect his more rural life. He considered his work to be figurative, not realist or naturalistic in the 19th century sense, but based on observation of the subject. Kinley died in September 1988. Title of work: Four Sheep Poster size: 75 x 100 cm Museum original poster The difference between whether there is Acrylic or not: 》 Acrylic= one more layer of protection = one more layer of reflection 》No Acrylic= less layer of protection = you can directly see the work with better texture I don’t know how to choose: (If there are children in the family, it is recommended to add Acrylic), (If there are adults in the family, you don’t need to use Acrylic) https://image-cdn-flare.qdm.cloud/q665027dd6a3a4/image/data/2022/06/22/37f09f78639e0445223ad276c14b9c6c.jpg **Three-dimensional mounting instructions:** Around the original painting, add a 5cm white border on one side, so that the painting hangs in space and has a space with the Acrylic in front. This is the most advanced mounting method, highlighting the layering and texture of the work, and increasing the size of the painting. example: https://image-cdn-flare.qdm.cloud/q665027dd6a3a4/image/data/2022/04/20/a53e1913ae37b050413cff2f21214a62.jpg https://image-cdn-flare.qdm.cloud/q665027dd6a3a4/image/data/2022/03/29/53b4984d3fee670f1b07a35c2cbb1347.jpg https://image-cdn-flare.qdm.cloud/q665027dd6a3a4/image/data/2023/07/11/4b853563c2267abe4f46e392cf820e6b.jpg https://image-cdn-flare.qdm.cloud/q665027dd6a3a4/image/data/2022/04/12/c6d34fbc231337ab8da27935ab4f31db.jpg https://image-cdn-flare.qdm.cloud/q665027dd6a3a4/image/data/2022/01/14/1134fa6cd7cfbb6ffc6c2529c9f80d92.jpg https://image-cdn-flare.qdm.cloud/q665027dd6a3a4/image/data/2022/01/14/1aa39bffc4d2ad4f72254a345e4e294e.jpg
