The hilly terrain shrouded in clouds and mist all year round and the pure water quality breed "Wenshan Baozhong Tea" known as the frozen top in the south and Baozhong in the north.
Wenshan Baozhong tea is lightly fermented tea. The appearance of the tea leaves is cord-like and dark green. After brewing, the color of the water is honey-yellow and green, the taste is smooth, mellow and active, and the fresh and fragrant white flower aroma is the biggest feature of Baozhong tea. The withering process of Baozhong tea relies on technical experience and must be mastered properly, so that the most authentic and floral Baozhong green tea taste can be presented.
When I tasted this Baozhong tea for the first time, I was surprised by the aroma of white flowers. I thought it was scented scented tea. It is fresh and refined with a hint of wild ginger flower. The common cold taste of Baozhong tea is different in this tea. I can't feel it at all. The mixture of Qingxin Oolong and Jinxuan tea makes the taste both elegant and round. **Loose tea series**
Making Kung Fu tea involves a sense of ritual. During the brewing process, you can feel the slowly overflowing aroma. For the aroma of tea, brew it in a small pot and drink it in small cups. 🔹Pot soaking method
① After the hot water is boiled, pour it into the pot with 1/2 water volume. After about 30 seconds, pour it into the tea cup.
② Place about 1/3~1/2 of the tea leaves in the pot, close the lid, wait for 5 seconds, and you can smell the "pre-soup aroma" when you open the lid.
③ Pour nine minutes full of hot water at 90℃-95℃ in a gentle manner, cover the lid for the first brew, pour the tea into the sea for about 45 seconds, the second brew for about 30 seconds, and increase the third to fifth brews by 30 seconds each.
④ Adjust the amount and time of tea preparation according to personal preference.
🔹Cup brewing method
① Rinse the inside of the cup with hot water to keep it hot for the next brewing.
② Spread strips of tea leaves all over the bottom of the tea grid, about 1 to 1.5 cm high.
③ It is recommended that the water temperature be 90℃-95℃ and pour hot water gently.
④ You can drink the tea after it turns brown.
⑤ Adjust the amount and time of tea preparation according to personal preference.
