Finally, choose the closest whole number for your wrist size. We will craft the bracelet to this measurement to ensure a comfortable fit that allows for slight movement. 2️⃣ If your wrist measurement has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit while still allowing rotation, and 15cm will offer a looser, more comfortable feel. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement errors, please note the following: Within 7 days: After receiving the bracelet, please notify us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days, free of charge. Between 7 and 14 days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing the bracelet for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Over 14 days: Please utilize the re-stringing service indicated on your warranty card, or opt for a paid adjustment service for 100 NTD, which covers re-stringing and labor costs.
