I. Product Care
We recommend storing your jewelry in its dedicated PVC pouch when not in use and regularly polishing it with a silver polishing cloth. Please remove your jewelry before swimming, strenuous exercise, and visiting hot springs. For pieces containing natural stones, pearls, or plating, it is also advised to remove them before showering.
II. About Sterling Silver Light Jewelry
The sterling silver jewelry sold by Isha contains 92.5% or more pure silver. We primarily use natural stones, zircons, and Swarovski crystal elements, combined with distinctive inlay techniques to showcase the unique brilliance of sterling silver light jewelry.
III. Repairs
Isha offers a three-month warranty on non-human-induced damage from the date of purchase for all items sold by the brand. Repairs after the warranty period will incur a minimal fee for craftsmanship.
Customized modifications, re-plating, or other custom length/size adjustments are not covered under the warranty.
