Each string light is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they run out. Shipping Services: All items in our shop are made-to-order after payment is confirmed. January is a peak period for Lunar New Year orders. If you have an urgent request, please specify this and discuss shipping methods and times with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we utilize LALAMOVE for your convenience. Please provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can locate you quickly! For deliveries outside of Kaohsiung City, we use HCT (Home Courier Service). Shipping and delivery are available from Monday to Saturday. Please be attentive to calls from the courier to ensure you receive your item promptly. To guarantee safe delivery, large items will be shipped in one box per item. The checkout shipping fee is for a single item; if you wish to purchase more than one item, additional shipping fees will apply. The last day for pick-up is February 15th. Floral Class Reservations: Fresh flower classes are on 2/7 & 2/12. Preserved and dried flower classes are on 1/29, 1/31, 2/5, 2/7, & 2/12. Store Closures: The store will be closed from Lunar New Year's Eve (February 16th) to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year (February 23rd).
