Organza is a thin, light, and crisp woven plain-weave fabric. It allows light to pass through, creating a soft, elegant translucency and a unique sheen with elasticity. After experimenting with various fabrics, we use polyester organza at chiko for its strength and stable quality. ◎ Sequins We use hand-dyed original sequins. Each sequin is individually hand-bent. Subtle curves create dimension and a petal-like movement. Saki-ami with Organza We've created soft, airy flowers by tearing organza fabric. Tearing gives the soft fabric a crispness, and by meticulously weaving each strand, we achieve a voluminous, fluffy form. Care Instructions for Saki-ami Products As the fabric is torn during creation, some fraying may occur. While some fibers might shed initially, they will settle with use, becoming less prone to falling. Please enjoy this characteristic texture as it evolves. If you notice dirt, gently hand wash the item. Once dry, it will regain its original volume!
