Use a soft tape measure or string to wrap around your wrist snugly but comfortably. Then, select the closest whole number for your wrist size. We will craft the bracelet to your specified measurement for a comfortable fit, allowing the bracelet to rotate slightly on your wrist. 2. If your wrist measurement has a decimal (e.g., 14.5cm), you can choose either 14cm or 15cm. A 14cm fit will be snug yet still allow rotation, while a 15cm fit will be looser. 3. If you need to adjust the size due to an incorrect measurement, please note the following: Within 7 days: Inform us of the size adjustment needed upon receiving the bracelet and send it back to the seller within 7 days. After 7 days: If you wish to adjust the size after wearing it for more than seven days, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Over 14 days: Adjustments can be made using the re-stringing service indicated on the warranty card (or opt for a re-stringing and adjustment fee of 100, self-paid), and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
